@eva1930 ~ Wow! That's quite a bit difference. I wasn't even aware that eGFR could/would change that remarkably. What did you do differently to cause the 37/53 difference?

I started walking , exercise 3/times a week, weighed my food and watched very careful what I ate,but it took me a few month’s to accomplish this,
