GFR dropped 19 points in less than a year: What does this mean?

My eGFR was 37 and I got up to 53/last month. This month blood test shows I have dropped to 41.
feeling discouraged.

@eva1930 ~ Wow! That's quite a bit difference. I wasn't even aware that eGFR could/would change that remarkably. What did you do differently to cause the 37/53 difference?

Sorry hear that. That's some wild fluctuations. Have you seen a nephrologist? I'm seeing one Feb 2. If so, what did they say?
