The bacteria comes from the lower digestive tract to feed on the food in the small intestine that’s not being digested. So, one you need to improve digestion and gut motility. That gets the bacteria back down to the lower intestine where it belongs. You can take antibiotics but antibiotics don’t solve the digestion issue. Once off the antibiotics, symptoms return - that’s what happened to me. I too Google many things. But Google cannot replace a good doctor.
