ADT & Radiation concurrent tx beginning following RP.
Orgovyx: I am starting 4 mos tx; would you detail your side effects over time.
Radiation: 38 txs will begin soon as mapping is completed. Same Q about side effects.
RP Aug 2022; initial PSA 0.19 @ 90 days; 0.18 25 days later on retest.
I understand that everyone's individual responses are different. Trying to anticipate journey with dual tx. Will need to drive 1 hr 15 min each way for radiation for 8 wk tx.

I just completed ADT and Erleada for 6 months then RP then 6 more months of ADT and Erleada at UCLA Westwood. My PSA went from 9 to .01, my testosterone went to -6. I had a Gleason score of 9 and we are hoping for a cure. The process was not bad, the worst side effect was very tired, poor sleeping , some depression and a small rash in the 11 th month. If the cancer comes back Dr Donin and Dr Reiter at UCLA said that they would probably put me back on ADT for some period of time and I am ok with that , but I hope that the cancer does not return.
