Are you taking any thyroid medications? If you're saying your TSH is around 9 that's very high, meaning that your thyroid is probably pumping out tons of hormones, if it's working. Eventually with hashimoto's it won't work well anymore and you need medication.

I am on 75 of Synthroid and they just upped it to 88. My flares ups are usually 24 to 48 hours. I’ve now been this way for 4 days. It’s fine for a few hours then overnight or later in the day my BP goes way up and I’m back down again to where I can barely function.
