Frankincense and Myrrh for Neuropathy pain
Today I saw the Nutritionist that my doctor sent me to.. As usual, my feet were red and burning. She told me that many Diabetics that she counseled used Frankincense and Myrrh drops mixed with a lotion and they swore by it.. wouldn't be without it. She had some and we tried it on my poor feet right then.. It was absolutely amazing! My feet cooled down immediately and they became their normal white skin again. That was this morning and they are still okay at 5:30 in the evening.. My gosh, maybe I'll be able to sleep better tonight... Have any of you tried this? If so, what has been your experience with it? I'm hoping to hear lots of comments back...

Sorry for the typo spelling It is Equate hydrocortisone cream which is a Walmart brand. It comes in other brand names but this is the least expensive that I have found.
I use one dropper full on each foot and ankle.
An update to my earlier post. I received my Frankincense & Myrrh neuropathy oil yesterday. I put 10 drops on each of my feet, rubbing it in on the soles. I also rubbed 10 drops on my thoracic spine.
Both my thoracic spine and feet were very painful when I got home from the doctor. After rubbing in the oil, putting on my alpaca socks, and waiting about a half hour, my feet had some alleviation of the pain. I'm going to try 10 drops again tonight, but apply it twice -- evening and bedtime.
To my surprise, I had noticeable alleviation of the pain in my thoracic spine. I'm thinking about combining it with some high CBD/low THC tincture I have, and rubbing that on my spine.
Do you mix it with anything?
Where did you get alpaca checks
After some research, I decided on Warrior alpaca socks. Got them from the company, but Amazon also has them.
No. I use it without any thing else.
I think that like everything else you will need to give it some time to work. I have been trying it for 3 days now and will report back on my findings. I am using the mixed oil, but haven't tried mixing in lotion, but I will.
You can find on AMAZON, give good info on item. Look for OUTBACK pain relief
Thank you
