Sounds like you might want to ask your medicsl team about testing for gastroparesis because you have some of the classical signs. I am not a health care practioner but have this condition myself. They can do a gastric emptying test by either eating a meal with a tracer or a GEBT that is a breath test. My abdominal CT was normal.
