I’m actually scared about full hysterectomy (33yo here) since I have a serious decision to make about my reproductive organs health and prolapse issues seems to be even more common in HSD EDS people that have connective tissue disorders. But I also don’t want metastasis so I rather have prolapse with well managed.

Actually they can do both surgeries at once if for Hysterectomy>>>>Are you still child bearing
age If Not would go for surgery. Good Luck

Many do both at the same time.
