Would Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN be an option for you or a location in the Mayo Clinic Health System in Wisconsin or Minnesota https://www.mayoclinichealthsystem.org/locations

I live in Freeport, IL. I'm handicapped and can't see well. The health systems are sub-par, and don't really show care for people. There a number and not a human. So no i can't.
