Try drinking more water! Always make sure you keep limber, walking and bike riding are two of the best exercises and lastly, and most important check with your doctor or his PA.

Agreed. Sationary bike riding, at any place or resistance, just seems good for my knees after TKR. I mostly do resistance training, but try to get on the bike for 20-30 minutes at least twice a week. And a lot of water is always a good idea. Thanks!
