We are now in your Jan 16 cohort. Gratitude for that as we were well below the top spot on the wait list. AND able to respond and attend on short notice. Reading your material here on your top 10, I typically use that, and can expand on that during our sessions next week. I believe that one of the underlying elements that will generate success in the HABIT program is to be regular and methodical in conducting one’s life. Randomness I believe, is one of the enemies of success.

Yoga: if I can fit in
Hike; not today
AZ Resort living: Carpentry Shop project
Errands & Jobs: get my eye patch removed and eye surgery inspected
