I am little over 5 months out of revision, I have done graston and cupping …. But I stopped everything I went back to basics after setback….. now I do pool . Mfr and exercise , stretches nothing crazy ……my knee has been feeling so much better …. I just feel tight at times like I need a really good stretch but when I stretch don’t get what I am looking for…. I know that sounds strange…..cupping interesting how often do you do? Does it help with the tight feeling inside?

Try drinking more water! Always make sure you keep limber, walking and bike riding are two of the best exercises and lastly, and most important check with your doctor or his PA.
