I first put this in another thread but seems like it may belong here...

I am in the same boat, it's been 3 years now and the internal vibrating sensations are really unbearable. Like a giant tuning fork vibrating my entire body from brain to face/jaw/head down through the center of my chest, into abdomen and down to my legs. Any moment that I relax it starts. I can't lie down to rest without it and have to fall asleep into it. The longer I sleep, the worse it is upon waking.

At first it was so violent it felt like I was being shaken out of bed. Now it is just a constant buzzing that I can never get rid of. I've had several neurologists but none of them seem to take this symptom seriously. I'm sure it's hard to imagine if you haven't experienced it. After 3 years I am losing my resilience and feeling like it isn't worth trying to live like this. I have been diagnosed with autonomic disorder and probably small-fiber neuropathy, but that isn't really helping me get to any kind of solution or hope that this will ever go away. Just when I thought it was getting a little better a few months ago, a COVID booster knocked me right back to what felt like severe brain inflammation and shaking.

I see quite a bit of discussion here of similar symptoms but what I am really looking for is 1) understanding of what's causing it and 2) any kind of help at all – anything that lessens it or improves over time. Anyone have anything to share on that?

Thank you in advance…

I am praying for you, can't imagine dealing with these vibrations for 3 years. I know how frustrating it is only at 4 months for me and normally only at nightime.

I hope they find answers soon but don't give up!!

I have the same. Getting Covid the 3rd time caused my tremors to worsen/ come on full force like my legs are going to run away with me. It feels like it’s shaking my brain. I have horrible pains in my head, behind my eyeballs, my spine, arms, and legs. It feels like it’s wearing out my body.
