Can anyone suggest a thorough book regarding Osteoporosis?
I am currently taking Evenity. I am getting my fifth shot soon.

I found "Mayo Clinic on Osteoporosis" very informative and useful.
Keith McCormick's "Whole Body Approach to Osteoporosis" as a complement or follow up to meds. Dr. McCormick took meds himself and suggests meds for some of us so his book is not in opposition to medications.
I agree. I have spoken to numerous medical doctors and other practitioners about osteoporosis. No one knew as much is Keith mccormick. He recommended the bone quality test which I just took and I will be posting about later today or tomorrow. There is no comparison to his guidance compared with anyone else, and I highly recommend this book
I highly recommend Dr. McCormick's book too. I have learned a lot and am reading it a 2nd time. There are many recommendations. I started Tymlos three days ago, because I have such advanced osteoporosis. I will consult with Dr. McCormick via phone as I go along.
I have just purchased this book. It is giving me lots of info. I am going to purchase Dr. McCormicks book also.
Again, it is good to be aware that Dr. McCormick himself used meds at one time.
I have always been a big fan of Your Bones by Laura Pizzorno.
Now she has a new book out Healthy Bones, Healthy You!
It is co-authored by her husband, Dr. Joseph Pizzorno, who founded Bastyr University, the first accredited school of natural medicine. It is very research based with a lot of great information and data. Although there’s a lot of more complex information, she actually boils it down so it’s very readable.
Since exercise is so important in treatment for osteoporosis, whether you're on meds or not, a great book is "Exercises for Osteoporosis" by Dianne Daniels, M.A., the revised edition, subtitled "A Safe and Effective Way to Build Bone Density and Muscle Strength."
I liked “Building Bone Vitality” by Amy Joy Lanou (forward by Dean Ornish)
Sun title is : A revolutionary diet plan to prevent bone loss and reverse osteoporosis. Why calcium, estrogen and drugs are not the answer “
So much information
Here a few books that I found helpful:
Better Bones, Better Body by Dr. Susan Brown (betterbones.com)
Rebuild Your Bones by Myra and Jayson Calton (https://caltonnutrition.com/)
and
The Walhs Protocal by Dr. Terry Wahls -- Note, this book isn't really about osteoporosis it's about how Dr. Wahls halted/reversed her MS via diet. She was a vegetarian and very healthy, was diagnosed with MS and end up in a wheelchair, and by changing her diet (she is now a meat eater) she was able to reverse/halt her MS. She no longer needs a wheelchair and is able to go on long bike rides, etc. Incredible story.
