After reading through some of the Koren website, it was clear that they did not use x-rays as a main tool. Continuing the search, I found a company called Kiran X-ray that appears to manufacture different kinds of imaging machines and related x-ray equipment for sales. I don't know how they are different than other manufacturers, but it seems more likely that perhaps this would have been the Koran/Kiren connection.
