I do a highly customized vegan keto diet for my autoimmune issues. Mostly cleared up the brain fog, and made other symptoms more manageable. I'm so blessed. I have a background in nutrition, but was taught keto was bad. Had to relearn trial and error. I have medical allergies so diet needed to work.
My diet is low protein, I don't need to digest anymore of my muscle.
I ate clean before, but my body inflammation won't even let a single cheat happen, can only eat this vegan keto way now. I use smaller amounts quality bhb through the day, to stay steady.
Let's just say I don't eat out much, if I go out I order tea 😁
Managed to stay thsame weight for 2 years, which is unheard of in other diets, especially for less mobile person.
So only doing diet and supplements with glatect for ms, no physio or steroids.
If I miss a supp I seize up....

I should add that I have had a lot of muskolo skeletal symptoms, pain and seizing up, as well as neuropathy stuff. So a couple overlapping symptoms with fibro. I've heard that some doctors help rebalance neurotransmitters, I take precursors under doctor supervision in low doses to slowly tweak.

WOW! Could you list foods eaten on the keto vegan diet?
