I was diagnosed with her2 positive, right breast with positive lymph nodes. Had perjeta and herceptin, followed by bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy on 9/27/22 with spacers(my choice to remove left breast), 3wks radiation on right side. On my 4th treatment with TDM1. Yesterday I saw blood discharge stain on my bra from the left breast that didn’t have cancer. Not too much I would say a drop or two. I was seeing little white discharge before. My oncologist wasn’t concerned with that. She scheduled me for ultrasound due to the blood discharge. Has anyone experienced this? I am too stressed out since this is how cancer on the right side was initially diagnosed. Why would I have the blood discharge if I had mastectomy?

@zeerj, I moved your question about blood discharge to this discussion that @shelia71 started on the same topic.

I'm glad to hear that you oncologist schedule an ultrasound to investigate. When will you have the ultrasound? Has the bleeding stopped?
