Hi Jackie,
I feel sorry for anyone who is having these symptoms. I went to the Emergency Department , they diagnosed gastritis and gerd and prescribed Sucralfate and omeprazole.
I too am anxious. Have you found anything that helps?

I had gallbladder removed on 10/2021. It took my body 3 months to get my appetite back. I'm eating fine now. I had Gastritis that same year. I was on 40 mg of protonix twice a day for 1 month. I now take 40 mg for GERD. For sleep I take 2.5 mg of ambien. For anxiety I take 25 mg of sertraline.
