Almond Flour - Heads Up

I Purchased almond flour through Amazon, and had no problem with it. Then I bought almond flour at Costco and it’s been a total disaster. I could see right away that it was a different color and coarser. I wouldn’t have cared but I’ve ruined two perfectly good meals using that flour. Throwing it out and I hate to waste food.

@ldrlaw That's too bad. I guess flour can be so different. Do you know someone on a gluten-free diet you can pass the flour on to? What about putting it through your blender to grind it down, would that help?
