My question seems to be misunderstood. "Super Beets" is a product, sold on TV. It is supposed to improve blood pressure and allow for increased physical activity. As a Type2 diabetic as well as a possible CKD patient with a GFR at 46, I am aware of the reduced need for sugar and salt but on the labels nutrition chart it show that a serving of "Super Beets" has a 3% of sodium level and a sugar level at 3g. I would like to know if anyone is familiar with this product. I am not comparing "Super Beets" with the fresh vegetable.
