Thanks for responding. It was a rheumatologist who prescribed the initial 20 mg. I did feel immediate relief the next morning. My issue is that the relief is up and down. Yesterday I couldn't walk without a can in lots of pain. Today no cane and little pain. It's been cycling like that. I can't plan anything cause I don't know what tomorrow will bring.
