You went from stage 3a to stage 2. Great. I do not use ground beef in the veg soup, it is cubed low fat beef. Keep it up, but quit the ground beef, it has more fat.

It WAS you! Thanks! Got it. Yes, the ground was fatty. I'll go for the cubed. Yes, 55 to 75. Prostate enlargement issue backed up to the kidneys.
