I have copied and pasted this comment because I don't know if you are aware of the fact that this is a very, very old post.

I sent a private message to the person in desperate need of help. Only after having used time and energy, I realized this post was written on July 24, 2011.
It seems I am not the only one to answer. I see others have done so too.

Hopefully, the person who needed help so many years ago is now doing fine. But I felt a little stupid, realizing I used energy that I don't have tons of (I have CFS) for a post that is 11 years old.

Your energy was not wasted as it has reanimated the discussion and provided support to several members who feel unheard. I, for one, am grateful that you reached out to help a virtual neighbor.

Hi Chistiana!
I almost did the same thing that you did! Only I did notice that it was written in 2011 so I didn't write. However, I did wonder how the person was doing today and what exactly was bothering her. Colleen was right! Compassion and caring never gets old. People need others to show that they care and you did even if it possibly didn't get to the individual you were trying to help. Keep being the caring and kind person that you seem to be. There are many in this world who need your friendship and concern; especially these days!
