Has anyone tried Ozone High Dose Therapy for Nerve Pain?
A pain management clinic that I go to has recommended High Dose Ozone Therapy to cure my nerve pain. Has anyone tried this or have more information about it? I do not have much faith in this clinic since they constantly push expensive treatments and do not help with my medications. The therapy consists of taking out some of your blood, mixing in ozone, and replacing it. They claim it can cure all kinds of things like cancer, chronic fatigue syndrome, etc. Insurance doesn't cover it and the FDA doesn't approve of it either.

The first proloozone was done.
It seems to be helping the dentist has me scheduled for eight treatments to be done Every two weeks it’s by the fifth treatment there’s no improvement I don’t know what the plan is but after this first treatment I can already tell slight difference in the tooth pain and there seemed to be as it were a knot which I guess was infection in that gum. Now it seems not as bad. I’ll let y’all know
Hey @kallen1027, do not listen to naysayers about ozone therapy. Go to PubMed and type ozone therapy for (your condition), or pain, or most anything, there is data that shows it works.
Also, Ozone does not CURE anything! Ozone provides an oxidant stress on the cells that signals the bodies own production of antioxidants. Meaning it is a signal for the body to start a healing process! Not a cure, however ozone therapy in repeated doses has been found to get many on the path to healing!
@kallen1027
Im personally going to try ozone therapy here in a few weeks to hopefully get help with the many issues I’m dealing with after vaccination.
Fingers crossed that it helps eliminate or lessen the neuropathy!
Tell me more about ozone therapy. What is it? How is it used? Where do you get it?
I've never of it.

Welcome @erythromelalgiaca, It's good to see you are doing research on the treatment. @4846, @lorilee13, @jenniferhunter and @pfbacon have mentioned ozone therapy in previous posts and may have experience or information to share with you.

Hi. I had a total of 5 treatments 6 months ago & saw no change. I was also told by a diff doctor that this treatment is marketed as ‘ozone’ therapy but it is actually oxygen treatment. This DR said that water has to be added to oxygen to be ozone & putting that in our blood would kill us. Anyone know if this is true? Regardless…at least for me…it was a waste of $$$$…
I hear it is dangerous. In any case, what doctors do this?
I had it done at a Covid Clinic…
For Neuropathy??? Tell us how it was done? Did it work? Do you need to do it periodically?
