Never tried Botox exact for headaches. My muscle was cut 2x over a few years. Then I had to have a dilation to stretch the scar tissue. Good luck. Soak in a sitz with hot water.

The botox was injected right into the anus or in that area. Did you have to do the colonoscopy-style prep for the dilation? Funny, I'm sitzing right now as I write this!
