I’m not sure your reason for the Fundopication… Not sure if I’m a candidate for that one. I’ll check it out.270,Degree? Sounds like a good idea yes

I had a bunch of tests prior to procedure for Dr. to be sure I was a good candidate. He found some motility issues with my swallowing test, where he wondered if he should proceed with regular fundoplication. After discussion, he decided he would do slightly less tightening of wrap, by doing a 270 degree Nissen Toupay fundoplication. Perhaps that's why my experience seems to have been successful and comfortable.
