I took the zoom tour of the bone culture resources. I had an issue with the diet that they suggest because I saw their recipes and they all appear to be lower, no carb. I have a very high calcium score. I am the best diet for that, which has worked very, very well, is a plant-based diet. with the right evidence I am open to adding Yogurt and Simon. So I told the person who is taking me on the tour that with the right evidence I am open to adding Yogurt and Simon. So I told the person who is taking me on the tour that I could not give up my basic diet. She said that they were six diets, and one would certainly be the right fit for me. when I got to see the diet I saw they were 65 of which were low-carb plus the Mediterranean diet. I emailed them and expressed my concern that I have been misled and that I found some information they made about the diets to be scientifically inaccurately. They replied and told me they were refunding my money, and that they replied and told me they were refunding my money, and that this was not the right set up for that I might do a better one to one with my doctor. I am not saying it’s a bad program because of this experience that I had and my particular dietary needs. But I will say that their introductory program for $27 has all of the information that is in the rest of their programs. It’s just not as fully explained, but if you can go slow and read it on your own I think it’s well worth your time and money.

Thank you Sheila, for your review. I am curious about "Simon" - is this a product they offer? Or did your computer autocorrect the supplement "strontium"?

Can you share anything specific you found to be inaccurate in their diets/dietary recommendations?

I'm glad they refunded your money, and that you found the initial book helpful. Your review will be helpful to others trying to make a decision.

Have you decided what your next step might be? Would your doctor be open to referring you to a registered dietician to help "tweak" your current diet?
