Hi @greyfox914, is the vibration plate you've been using high or low intensity? Could you share the name of it? I was using a high intensity vibration plate for 9 months, but stopped after watching Margare Martin's podcast on the dangers of high intensity vibration exercisers. Thank you.

Teri, it may not be for everyone so don't try something without your doctors' approval. My unit was made by LifePro. You select your intensity level. Anyone starting would want to start at low intensity. Actually, I found that even at a "1" I was getting a pretty good shaking and had sore stomach muscles the next day, which is a good thing. Doing it every day at low intensity has got to help.
