Has anyone used ARA-290 for neuropathic pain?

My neuropathy was caused from several vitamin deficiencies that were borne from my IBS. I’m always looking for new things I’ve never heard of to try without being scammed and I came across this one anecdotally. I’ve done my reading and research but I have zero ability to decipher medical studies. Also if I’ve done this post wrong please forgive my ignorance

I'm not familiar with ARA-290 but @jfouts1979 and @isidoro have mentioned ARA-290 in other discussions and may have some experience or information to share with you.
