I take 300 of Gabapentin @ HS and wake up with terrible back pain and cry in the middle of the nite. I don't know what it is. Maria.

No, if it does this to you call your doctor and there is different medicines (you didn’t say why you were taking it), I used 1800mg a day and it helps back issues (not just pain) and migraines.
