I know someone else on this forum who had an implant.
Are use in injectable drug to get an erection. I was wondering though if you get an implant which would be a lot cheaper than the medicine I use, $30 for each one can you still get spontaneous erections?

Jake. the implant is only cheaper if insurance covers it.
If you have tried pills. pumps, injections etc. and can't tolerate for whatever reason, then insurance should cover the surgery. However don't take my word, check with your insurance. I am sure it is very expensive.
You will no longer get a spontaneous boner or morning wood. Erections are via the tiny pump in your scrotum. The erection will last until you release it.
