The riboflavin is a photosensitizer that is excited by blue light. It may be a good idea to wear blue blocker sunglasses when outdoors or exposed to high intensity indoor lighting. Even though you are taking the supplement at night, your blood and tissue levels are increasing.

I dont have visual snow, only light shapes that travel in my peripheral vision.
started out as round shapes but have changed to any shape. If I am standing next to a wall, I see them traveling across the wall, very freaky. Sometimes, a shape will split into two, and travel away in different directions. Anyway, thanks for the info, I will probably look up this Dr. Chen.
