@sueinmn, I love my Innospire Go, and I'm getting ready to start Arikayce in January. I had understood that the drug company would require me to use a particular nebulizer for the Arikayce, one with a compressor. Is it your understanding that I (or my pulmonologist) might have a choice about that? All input is appreciated as I get this new regimen started!

The Lamira nebulizer was developed (by Pari) specifically for use with the Arikayce to optimize delivery so they will want you to use it for that medication. It will be provided to you with your first month of medication. It actually is pretty quiet and lightweight, and it comes with a carrying case. You will still want to use your regular nebulizer (the Innospire Go) for saline and any other medications.
