I am trying to avoid going on anything but having a hard time finding bone strengthening exercises which is a whole program, preferably online. As you mention, there is a lot of scam out there.
Do you know of anything that might be available online which is a good program?

I have been researching and found a few possibilities. I like Osteoprofitness. It seems simple and I don't know if it increases as it goes since I only checked out the trial period. I am now looking at Buff Bones or even getwellen.com ... Or Onero online. I am impressed with the new knowledge I now have of how important IMPACT exercises are. We need a balance between strength training, balance, cardio and impact. And there are specific cardio that are good for bone loading like jumping, stair climbing, or even walking. I've already learned some new things in my new search to find more support.

It’s a very hard decision to make regarding medications for osteoporosis. I refused for many years thinking I was doing all the right things with diet, exercise, and supplements. The last 2 years my T- spine score dropped 13% to a -4.6. So I have now started Evenity. You have to very carefully weigh all you options. I also have a medical background.

Check out Margaret Martin's website, youtube, courses. Lots of great info and affordable.
