Using a chair at first to keep you steady, get your physical therapist to give you some balance classes too. They seem to help me but you have to keep them going.

Yes and we can do balance instruction on your computer or phone. I do these daily and I teach my older brother several times weekly. This helps us and may help you too. Johnmacc
