@stsopoci Do you mean a psychiatrist? A psychiatrist is a medical doctor who prescribes medications.
A psychologist is not a medical doctor. A psychologist can be licensed to prescribe medications in only a few states within the U.S. (Louisiana, New Mexico, Illinois, Iowa, and Idaho) after they have had training in psychopharmacology.

You are right, I meant psychiatrist. I spent years going to the experts that helped me with my GAD and constant anxiety that included panic attacks, depression, anger, etc.. I hope the best for you.
