Yes, when i eat certain food i feel sick, my stomach pain , so am just trying to figure out what to avoid so that i can avoid the pain. Thank

It might be very helpful to keep a food journal throughout the day. That way, when you have discomfort, you can look at what you were eating prior to the pain and find the foods that trigger the pain. You could also use this to track stress and other activities that might trigger pain.
