I have never had anything like that in my life before, and I don't know what could've panicked me that much, but I don't remember much of what I was thinking at the time. I am better today , but even I can tell I'm not back to my usual. I am also trying to make a appointment with my doctor. And thank you.

@jadenr My suggestions of what you were experiencing was just a guess based on what you wrote for your symptoms. Even if what you experienced was a panic attack many times a person doesn't know why they experience it. It's good that you are planning to make an appointment with your doctor. Then you let a medical professional help you figure this out with you.
