Again, which nebulizer...HELP!!

Their literature says "Designed for six months of home use" so I chose not to buy one, even though I was shown at the local med supply store that it was quieter than either Pari machine.

I bought an Ombra compressor because my Aero Eclipse XL nebulizer specified that it should be used with a compressor capable of delivering a specific flow and operating pressure. The compressor that I had from Lincare did not meet those guidelines. I like the Aero Eclipse XL because it has an option of breath actuation or continuous mode. It can also be attached to the Aerobika so that you can nebulize at the same time you're using the Aerobika. It is the Aero Eclipse XL that should be replaced every 6 mos; the Ombra recommends replacement in 5 years. I paid $15 for the AeroEclipse XL and bought two to save on the shipping in 6 months. I really like it much better than whatever I had from Lincare.
