I am trying to avoid going on anything but having a hard time finding bone strengthening exercises which is a whole program, preferably online. As you mention, there is a lot of scam out there.
Do you know of anything that might be available online which is a good program?
How long were you on Fosamax? Did you have any problems with it? Thank you
Helen, did you get the price of the program of Bone Coach? I just saw the long(ggg) presentation on the net but nowhere did I see a price. I am sure it isnt free, but who knows?
Hi. I was just diagnosed. Did you have side effects with fosamax? Also, I’m so happy you are now in osteopenia.
Also, after the 4.5 years on fosamax, did you get off completely? I’m 58 and go results from my first bone scan last week. the average on my spine scan was -3.3. At one vertebrae-3.8. Pretty severe for my age. I’m a very anrhletic person and run, bike, hike. No back pain. Pretty scared. Doing lots of research right now.
I prefer not taking Fosamax and there is science. It isn't posted however.
