Again, which nebulizer...HELP!!

The head (nebulizer portion) of the Innospire Go lasts me a little over a year before it needs replacement (about 1/2 the cost of the whole thing.) The battery pack seems to be fine after 3 years. But, I heard that while it was off the market, they were "tweaking" the design, so maybe it is better now.

I haven't found a truly quiet non-portable nebulizer. Anyone else? @thumperguy @poodledoc @becleartoday @windwalker @cate123456

Thanks Sue. The search continues.

I had the green Pari Vios but it died over a year ago. Now use the Pari ProNeb Max. It is advertised to be quieter and faster with medicine delivery. My impression is it was about 2 minutes quicker with 4ml of 7% saline and somewhat quieter. I have a Decibel Meter app and it measures 80 decibels which is not quiet by any means. I use noise cancelling headphones and listen to music as I nebulize. I also have the Innospire Go and it is very quiet and quicker by about 50%, I normally reserve it for time away from home. Bill

I have three nebulizers. I have my workhorse nebulizer which is the Ombra Jet nebulizer, the Trek S from Pari for traveling and the Innospire Go mesh when I need to do my clearance quickly or when I’m on my exercise bike. The Ombra is the nosiest and the Innospire Go is silent.

I think the best one is the one you’re willing to use. As much as I like the Innospire, I am not comfortable replacing the jet nebulizer with using the mesh one exclusively. I like to hedge my bets and so I use both technologies.

Best,
Linda Esposito

Thanks Sue.
