Hi, I'm new here. I developed fibro while taking Boniva about 12 years ago. I practically crawled into the dr's office, they sent me to a rheumatologist. My ANA was very high and remains high, but no immuno diseases. I was the one who read the fine print and side effects said "may cause bone and muscle pain." As soon as I stopped, my pain improved drastically but has never gone completely away. I do all kinds of things to help myself - massages, meditation, yoga, just started taking curcumin and black pepper, and tart cherry juice. I'm 68 and am determined to improve my health so I can really enjoy my golden years. My fibro is a constant pain all over my body. It really never prevents me from doing things, it mostly just makes it hard. So happy to have found this group, and looking for any tips that might help!

Hi @mikayla68 - I'm wondering if you might find the following discussion helpful since you mentioned fibromyalgia pain.
