How do you know it is helping? Has your Dexa score improved?

Tai chi is not going to significantly improve DEXA. It improves balance and strength, helps prevent falls, and helps with pain. It extends my neck and helps straighten my posture (I already have fractures). It also helps breathe properly.

I just got diagnosed three weeks ago
