I hope someone responds. I purchased one, but am afraid to use it.

I’ve used it and had little results with depression but it took away my migraines! Before I used it I had dreadful debilitating chronic migraine headaches… after a few weeks of the device my migraines stopped and it’s been over two years since and not one migraine or even slight headache
