Where can I find MCI On-line/Zoom support groups for caregivers?

My spouse and I recently went through the HABIT program and it was excellent. However, they told us about a monthly Zoom “alumni” meeting but didn’t provide a login for it, and my email inquiring about it wasn’t answered. Can you point me toward that information? Thanks!
