The budesonide is a premixed vile 0.25 mg/2mL. As I said in my initial post, the Tobramycin instructions say you must use the PARI-LC kit. Today after 30 mins of doing the Tobi part of the treatment it did not appear any of the level was going down. I finally changed it to a basic type of neb med cup and it went down. The mist would come out of the mouth piece so I just don't know why it was not being used up. I looked at the innospire Go and they are $250 but if I knew if it worked I would invest in it. So do I understand it correct... you use the innospire Go regularly. Also what is the old green machine?? Thanks for the input.

I am really loving my innospire go. I don't nebulize medications just 7% NS. It has been a game changer the last 3 weeks. I get nebulized, aerobikized, and postural drainage all done within 20 minutes now. Hard to spend the money but my quality of life is looking up. It does the job of airway clearance much better as well.
