There are many milestones and a quick learning curve for decision making. Ask your questions here and everywhere. It really helped me to organize and self advocate when I had some understanding from research and from some who went through the process before me.

If possible bring a second set of trusted ears to your appointments. This helps in processing the information which is rather intense.

Hopefully the tumors will allow an ONCOTYPE analysis which can be helpful for treatment decisions.

There are lots of good tips for surgery prep too so check back when you are ready.

Best on your journey. 🌸

Hi @anjalima @windyshores and all,

I just got a call from Radiologist that my 2nd spot of 5.6cm is benign. and 3rd spot 2.8cm is DCIS. so now I got 2 DCIS - 1.2cm and 2.8cm in 2 different locations.

I am not sure if there is opportunity to do the lumpectomy instead of mastectomy with 2 DCIS >5 cm away from each other. will check with Surgeon.

This is the best news I have heard since Nov.
