Look at apalutamide. Just approved but If you decide to have apalutamide to treat your prostate cancer and it stops working, you may not be able to have some other hormone therapies, called abiraterone, enzalutamide or darolutamide. This is because research suggests that men who have already had one of these drugs don’t respond so well to the other drugs.

The sNDA is based on findings from the placebo-controlled phase 3 ARASENS trial, which showed that adding darolutamide to standard androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) and docetaxel boosted overall survival (OS) versus ADT/docetaxel alone in patients with mHSPC.
