I have dealt with brain fog for almost 3 years after being infected with covid. 72 year old male. My LC doctor in Montana prescribed Aricept and my memory and concentration has improved a lot. Still have trouble with visual memory and reading, but much better than it was!!

Did your doctor explain why they prescribed it? The monograph says it’s for Alzheimer’s and mild cognitive impairment.

My helpful med, amantadine, has a monograph for flu, Parkinson’s, and impairment from anti-psychotic drugs side effects.

There are interesting result for doctors prescribing “off-label” - different from its official definition in the monograph.
