Thanks for the guidance. The diet change can do no harm and maybe some good. My Gleason score before treatment was 9. Was yours that high?

My PSA at treatment time was 4.7. It took them for years to diagnose that I had prostate cancer because my prostate was normal and size and texture, and my PSA was usually just barely over four. I eventually convinced and urologist to do a biopsy. I had one Glisan at nine and 13 over 10, some scored 14.. but 10 is the max number they used.
I was in pain for two years, urinary issues for a year. And still misdiagnosed. Ughs.
I immediately started Lupron and bicalutimide.
